All crafters using this site do so with the understanding that they and they alone are responsible for the sales and shipment of crafts sold.

All crafters will respect the rights and privileges of other users of this site and will be removed for any infractions of the rules and regulations set down here.

All crafters will have the merchandise advertised in stock and ready to ship to the buyer unless their ad expressly notes that a special order exists for that item.

All prices will be frozen for at least one month from the time of placing the craft for sale on this site.

No home based supplier of food items will be allowed unless they can attach a complete list of ingredients to the container and also mention in bold letters whether their food product will have come into any contact whatsoever with nut products.

The crafter who sells these types of food items will be responsible for all legal claims against them.

All crafters who sell to through this web site are responsible for the sales, collection of money and shipping of their own craft. The administration of this site will have no communication with any customer or crafter in relation to any sales generated through this site.

Any crafter who uses this site for what is deemed an illegal enterprise will be reported to the local police force immediately and all information as well as records of sales done by that crafter will be freely given to the law enforcement body when asked for it.
